Parking

If you wish to leave your car in an attended carpark, we will be happy to book a lot for you in a carpark located in Karmelicka Street, 500 m away from Plac Szczepański , where we are. Book carpark

Transfer

We offer safe and comfortable transfers from the airport or railway station to the hotel. Please contact us to book. What we need from you is the exact date and time you arrive and the flight number. Our trusted chauffeur will arrive at an agreed location and bring you safely to Ermine Suites. Book transfer

Trips

We offer assistance in planning your visit to Krakow. Tickets for Wieliczka, Auschwitz, Zakopane, Wadowice as well as  for guided tours in Krakow’s Old Town and Kazimierz can be purchased directly from us. We collaborate with Discover Cracow, an operator that has its office right across the street. You can order tickets here: https://discovercracow.com

If you prefer travelling in a cosy, more intimate atmosphere, we can arrange for a private chauffeur and transport to take the stress out of your stay in the ravishing city of Krakow. We will be happy to make arrangements for you! Ask for trips

We recommend buffet breakfast from 7:30 – 11:00 at the restaurant:

Bistro Charlotte – breakfast sets from around PLN 20

A Żabka convenience shop is located on the ground floor of Ermine Suites, open from 7 to 22.

Additional housekeeping

If you plan to stay with us longer, additional cleaning service will be free from the third night up. Daily housekeeping is subject to extra charge. For more information please contact the reception desk.
